At Stormies, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your adventures whatever the weather.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods, product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed.

Typical delivery times within the UK are:

Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
